J.P. Morgan seeks a senior leader to drive liquidity and accounts product solutions across Latin America. You will shape end-to-end growth, strategy, and delivery for corporate and non-bank clients, coordinating with Sales, Product and Corporate Bank teams.

You will lead a specialist team, develop regional blueprints, and deliver growth plans while ensuring regulatory compliance and market readiness across jurisdictions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
• 10+ years of liquidity management and payment solutions leadership across mid-cap and large-cap corporates in Latin America.
• Deep structuring expertise and regulatory literacy including third-party money considerations and intercompany/merchant settlement flows.
• Strong knowledge of market trends and tech advancements (virtual accounts, blockchain, data-driven solutions).
• Proven leadership in large, cross-functional organizations with revenue and platform outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regional Liquidity & Accounts penetration, set growth objectives, deliver adoption, revenue growth, margin expansion, cross-sell, wallet share gains across cross-region opportunities.
• Lead the Latin America specialist team, establish the coverage model and book of work, drive enablement programs and deliver balance and revenue plans by sector and country cluster.
• Partner with corporate bankers and Payments Sales to identify opportunities and expand liquidity wallet share across regions.
• Sponsor priority client engagements, shape global RFP responses and C-suite pitches, design compliant account architectures for automated funding, cash extraction, payout, and settlements across markets.
• Apply liquidity and account structuring expertise and regulatory knowledge to influence product roadmap using voice of customer, data, and digital trends.
• Serve as market expert on regulations affecting funding automation, pooling, cash extraction, settlements; embed risk practices and audit readiness by market.
• Elevate market presence via client and industry events, webinars, and initiatives, monitor competition and client behavior to provide thought leadership.
