Binance VIP & Institutional Team is seeking a dedicated professional for a 12-month contract role to support top-tier clients. You will act as the primary contact for VIP customers, guiding them through Binance’s products and API integrations while coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive product enhancements.

The role requires strong English communication, experience with trading platforms, and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years in client/trading desk support in financial services
• Strong understanding of trading platforms and exchanges, including orders and execution
• Experience with cryptocurrency derivatives is a plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation
• English fluency required for coordination with overseas partners

Aufgaben

• Serve as the point of contact supporting our highest value customers and institutions on Binance’s various products
• Provide dedicated and prompt support to institutional and VIP customers via different communication channels
• Provide sufficient guidance and support to VIP customers on integrating and using Binance’s system including the use of API
• Coordinate with internal teams including accounts, finance, risk and products to represent VIP customers
• Collect customer feedback and manage projects to realise product change requirements
• Provide system and product updates to customers to ensure they are aware of major changes in time
