ATFX Latam in Mexico City seeks an Institutional Customer Support professional to serve, support, and retain institutional FX/CFD clients across regulatory jurisdictions.

You will coordinate with trading desks, guide clients through KYC/AML, and work with global offices to ensure high service quality and compliance.

This role demands strong English, attention to detail, and a proactive, collaborative approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Strong English, both written and spoken, with C1 level minimum.
• Shift availability may vary (swing/closing).
• Solid regulatory awareness (KYC/AML and TCF).
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Highly accountable, independent, and self-motivated.
• Able to multitask in a high-volume trading environment.
• Full-time in-office role in Mexico City.

The Institutional Customer Support role acts as a specialized operational bridge within ATFX’s Global Support team, dedicated to servicing, supporting, and retaining institutional-tier FX and CFD clients across multiple regulatory jurisdictions.

Major Responsibilities

• Handling day-to-day communications, troubleshooting requests, and ensuring swift resolutions for institutional accounts.
• Cultivating long-term, trusted partnerships with institutional clients alongside internal stakeholders.
• Trading Desk Coordination: Collaborating closely with the FX trading desk and Institutional Sales Team to guarantee smooth trade execution across various FX instruments.
• Onboarding & Compliance: Guiding new institutional clients through regulatory requirements, KYC/AML standards, and account setup while maintaining strict adherence to "Treating Customers Fairly" (TCF) guidelines.
• Internal Collaboration: Communicating effectively across team environments and international local offices to align on service quality and growth strategies.
• Main Business Objective: To drive institutional client retention, satisfaction, and trading volume by providing flawless, regulation-compliant operational and middle-office support.
