Job summary

AECOM in Latin America seeks an experienced Program Management Leader to build, shape and lead the pipeline of major programs across the region. You will manage client relationships, develop capture strategies and ensure successful delivery across geographies, disciplines, and business lines.

The role requires senior leadership, cross-functional collaboration and a track record of delivering complex infrastructure programs in Latin America, with fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years professional experience with 10 in a program management leadership role.
• Experience shaping and leading large programs in Latin America.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Proven ability to deliver projects and foster collaboration across geographies, disciplines, and business lines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pursuit of infrastructure and buildings programs in Latin America, leading major proposals and engaging with clients.
• Work with Global Business Lines, Regional leadership and Market Sector Leaders to identify new business opportunities and develop solutions to address them.
• Lead client-facing activities to develop business with existing clients and win work with new clients, build strong relationships with clients, team partners, industry groups, and stakeholders related to infrastructure program management.
• Develop strategies and capture plans for major pursuits, aligning with AECOM’s business development strategies and technical capabilities. Coordinate project opportunities with the Global PGM team and Growth Lead, Country Managers and Business Line Leaders in Latin America.
• Maintain regular interaction with clients to ensure satisfaction with AECOM services and engage with project delivery personnel to proactively address client feedback on team performance.
• Provide the organization with technical leadership and strategic direction for program delivery in Latin America.
• Drive innovation in program management approaches and methodology to achieve marketplace differentiation.
• Actively supports the attraction and retention of talent for Program Management staff in Latin America.
• Accountable for overall financial success and delivery of AECOM Program Management agreements in Latin America.
