Job summary

AECOM Corporation is seeking an experienced Program Management Leader to build and lead the LATAM pipeline for major infrastructure programs. You will shape opportunities, engage clients, and coordinate across Global PGM, Growth, and regional leaders to deliver complex programs.

You will provide strategic direction, manage senior stakeholders, and drive innovative program delivery across Latin America, leveraging your bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of professional experience with 10 in program management leadership.
• Proven track record leading large programs in Latin America.
• Strong network with industry and decision-makers; fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead pursuit of infrastructure and buildings programs in Latin America.
• Collaborate with Global Business Lines and regional leaders to identify opportunities.
• Develop client relationships and win work with new clients.
• Develop strategies and capture plans for major pursuits across LATAM.
• Provide technical leadership for program delivery and drive innovation.
