Google Cloud is seeking a LATAM GTM Infrastructure Practice Lead to drive growth for its foundational infrastructure portfolio across Latin America. You will partner with sales leadership, technical specialists, and partners to scale demand and surface high‑value enterprise opportunities.

You will lead Go‑To‑Market plan and execution, combining strategic leadership with technical acumen to orchestrate scalable, programmatic activations focused on top‑of‑funnel demand generation across LATAM.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions architecture, technology consulting, or commercial GTM planning for an enterprise cloud business.
• 2 years of experience working with AI or Generative AI products and infrastructure solutions in a commercial context.
• Ability to communicate in English, Portuguese, and Spanish fluently to support regional stakeholders and client engagements across Latin America.

Responsabilidades

• Define, execute, and align the regional Infrastructure GTM strategy with global goals, establishing key customer targets, campaign priorities, and partner ecosystem alignment.
• Drive programmatic demand generation across priority infrastructure pillars, collaborating with sub‑regional Growth Leads to localize and scale campaigns across LATAM.
• Orchestrate cross‑functional teams, including Field Sales, Customer Engineering, Field Marketing, and Partners to generate and accelerate early‑stage enterprise pipeline.
• Track and analyze key business metrics and sales play adoption, delivering actionable insights to sales leaders and structured feedback to Global Practice Leads.
• Conduct regular pipeline and business reviews across the region to resolve roadblocks, scale proven practices, and optimize execution.
