Google Cloud is seeking a Senior Business Program Manager for the Business Systems Transformation team in Mexico City. You will partner with GTM, product, and operations to document priorities, requirements, and roadmaps, building systems and processes that empower sellers and channel partners.

You will report to the head of systems transformation, engaging with executives to drive actionable insights, manage risks, and deliver scalable improvements across global markets.

Formación

• Must have Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in project/product/program management, sales operations, or management consulting.
• Experience with data and quantitative analysis, building user journeys.
• Experience with executive-level clients or stakeholders, running steering committees.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional workshops with executive GTM leaders and SMEs to identify productivity bottlenecks, map complex user journeys, and define strategic requirements.
• Govern the global GTM intake and prioritization engine, partnering with Engineering and Product to translate needs into scalable roadmaps.
• Orchestrate end-to-end delivery of high-visibility, C-level transformation programs with risk, milestone, and governance management.
• Deliver strategic recommendations and thought leadership to Google Cloud executives, driving policy, process, and tooling enhancements.
• Collaborate with regional change management teams to execute landing plans and maximize field adoption across global markets.
