Humand Technologies, Inc. seeks an Events Specialist LATAM to identify, plan, and execute high-impact events across LATAM. You will drive pipeline by managing sponsorships, exhibitions, trade shows, summits, webinars, and executive roundtables.

The role covers end-to-end logistics, budgeting, vendor management, and travel coordination for multiple audiences while ensuring brand consistency and scalable processes across regions. Fluent English and Spanish required.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience planning corporate events or tradeshows.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Proven ability to manage multiple events from concept to post-event analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, execute and manage high-impact events that drive pipeline and brand presence.
• Coordinate sponsorships, exhibitions, conferences, and webinars from concept through post-event review.
• Oversee end-to-end logistics: timelines, vendors, contracts, budgets, shipping, venue and on-site execution.
• Track budgets and expenses, ensuring cost control and alignment with guidelines.
• Manage event merchandising and branded materials for consistency across touchpoints.
• Build relationships with venues, sponsors, and external partners to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate travel and accommodation for sales teams and executives attending events.
• Identify process improvements to scale the events program.
