Job summary

ABB Motion LATAM seeks an Events & Exhibitions Specialist to plan and deliver external events and trade shows across the LATAM region. Translate business and marketing objectives into impactful event experiences, applying global standards while adapting to regional needs.

You will lead end-to-end event operations, including budgets, suppliers, logistics, and on-site execution, and collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure aligned messaging and objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience planning and delivering external events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
• Experience managing end-to-end event projects with budgets, suppliers, and on-site execution.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of external events and trade shows across the LATAM region.
• Translate marketing and business objectives into impactful event experiences and execution plans.
• Manage end-to-end event operations, including budgets, suppliers, logistics, agencies, event technology, and on-site execution.
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure alignment of messaging and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, governance, and CoE standards.
• Measure event success through KPIs, post-event reporting, and performance analysis.
• Contribute to growth and improvement of ABB Motion's Events & Exhibitions CoE through best practices.
