ElevenLabs in Mexico is seeking a Solutions Engineer to unlock the full potential of our voice AI platform for a growing enterprise base. You’ll scale technical solutions and help our sales teams win by delivering architecture, demos, and enablement content.

You’ll collaborate with Account Executives and customer teams to design bespoke integrations, build self‑service tools, and create scalable patterns for productization.

Formación

• Proficient in Python with strong software development and integration pattern knowledge.
• Experience working with customers and translating technical needs into solutions.
• Excellent communication and ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
• Strong empathy for customers, sales and product teams.
• Ability to identify scalable patterns and standardize integration approaches.
• Experience collaborating with Account Executives and technical contacts.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to improve the technical sales process.
• Work with customer technical contacts to architect bespoke integrations.
• Craft compelling technical demonstrations that communicate product value.
• Create enablement resources to boost sales team technical fluency.
• Build self-service tools and documentation for customer implementations.
• Identify opportunities to productize integration patterns and coordinate with product teams.
