ElevenLabs is seeking a customer-facing senior engineer to work with strategic LATAM customers, embedding with their teams to design and deliver high-impact integrations of our AI audio platforms.

You will collaborate with customer engineers and executives, drive architectural decisions, and craft scalable solutions across Python, APIs, and product features, helping clients unlock the full value of ElevenLabs’ technology.

Formación

• Experience working directly with customers or in customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required; LATAM regional understanding is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Take full ownership of end-to-end projects for strategic partners, delivering high-impact solutions.
• Collaborate daily with customer engineers and executives to maximize value from ElevenLabs technologies.
• Drive innovation by applying coding and technical skills to solve complex problems for clients.
