PepsiCo Inc. in LATAM seeks an E2E Productivity Governance and Value Realization Senior Manager to lead the LATAM Control Tower for productivity and value realization.

You will connect financial commitments, end-to-end performance and transformation value into a single executive view across Global, OU and Finance teams. You will drive governance, translate capabilities to measurable value and enable data-driven decisions while coordinating with senior leaders to deliver plan and governance

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years across Supply Chain, Productivity, Finance or Transformation in a complex multi-market environment.
• Fluent English and Spanish required; Portuguese desirable.
• Strong financial acumen in productivity economics, P&L, OPEX inflation, forecasting and business cases.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and align cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience in Value Realization, enterprise governance and executive performance management.

Aufgaben

• Operate LATAM Productivity Governance and Value Realization Control Tower with executive view.
• Coordinate governance with Global, Finance and Operating Units to strengthen delivery.
• Drive value realization by linking S&T capabilities to measurable outcomes.
• Lead CAPEX value realization and post-implementation performance review.
• Ensure E2E KPI governance across Safety, Quality, Service, Productivity and Cost.
• Support Sr Director in coordinating productivity leaders to meet commitments.
