Sharkninjaoperatingllc is seeking a Culinary Intelligence Partner to enhance product testing and story development for LATAM markets. This role involves utilizing authentic local ingredients, developing performance KPIs, and translating culinary findings into impactful product stories.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in culinary development, strong knowledge of LATAM cuisines, and be bilingual in Spanish and English. Responsibilities include structured tests, recipe creation, and leading sessions with the R&D team.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional culinary experience in LATAM cuisines.
• Formal culinary training or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience with kitchen appliances from a culinary perspective.

Responsabilidades

• Execute structured tests using locally sourced LATAM ingredients.
• Develop appliance-specific recipes reflecting regional behavior.
• Lead knowledge-share sessions with cross-functional teams.

Conocimientos

Culinary knowledge of LATAM cuisines

Bilingual Spanish/English

Degree from a recognized culinary program
