Popeyes LAC is seeking an experienced Innovation Senior Analyst to drive the development and execution of new menu products, ingredients, and packaging for Mexico and LATAM. The role blends food science, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to move concepts from idea to market launch.

The position requires collaboration with Marketing, Culinary, Operations, Procurement, and QA, with a focus on delivering innovative concepts that meet brand standards, regulatory requirements,

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical food-related field with relevant training.
• Experience in innovation, food R&D, or commercialization.
• Strong understanding of food and packaging manufacturing processes.

Responsabilidades

• Identify ingredients and products that are commercially sound and scalable.
• Lead commercialization of new packaging and food ingredients from concept to rollout.
• Collaborate with QA, procurement, and operations to meet cost, quality and regulatory targets.
• Translate marketing briefs into executable food and packaging solutions for LATAM.
• Support in market research studies and taste testing initiatives.
• Act as a technical advisor to Marketing during concept development and execution planning.
• Lead cross-functional gate processes and weekly project updates.
