Popeyes LAC seeks an experienced Innovation Sr. Analyst to develop and launch new menu concepts for Mexico and LATAM. This role blends food science, product innovation, and project management with cross‑functional teams across Marketing, Culinary, Operations, Procurement, Quality Assurance, and suppliers.

The position requires onsite 5 days a week and extensive collaboration with franchisees to ensure brand standards and successful market launches.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in food science, food engineering, culinary or related field.
• 2–3+ years in innovation, food R&D, or commercialization.
• Experience with food packaging and manufacturing.
• Cross‑team collaboration with QA, procurement, and supply chain.
• Fluent business English and Spanish; able to travel within Mexico & LATAM.

Responsabilidades

• Identify commercially sound ingredients and products.
• Lead commercialization from concept to regional rollout.
• Coordinate with QA and innovation teams on specs and feasibility.
• Partner with suppliers on R&D, validation, scale‑up.
• Develop packaging and meet brand standards.
• Lead weekly status meetings with stakeholders.
• Work with franchisees to manage rollout and stockouts.
