SharkNinjaoperatingllc is looking for an In-Store Service Project Associate in Mexico City to support and manage in-store service programs across Mexico and LATAM. This role will coordinate with vendors, establish retail execution standards, and ensure that programs are delivered on time and at the quality level SharkNinja demands.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years in retail operations, and fluency in Spanish and English. The company offers competitive health insurance, retirement plans, and employee stock options.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in retail operations, merchandising, or project coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Comfortable with regular travel within Mexico and LATAM.

Responsabilidades

• Support the coordination of in-store service projects across Mexico.
• Conduct store visits to assess merchandising compliance.
• Serve as the point of contact for 3PL partners and retail teams.
