Job summary

The Hershey Company in LATAM seeks an Assoc Mgr Customer Service to lead CPFR across LATAM, translating demand and promotional plans into supply chain actions. You will partner with Sales, Demand Planning and Customer Service to improve in-stock performance, fill rate and inventory health while aligning forecasts with commercial strategy.

Requirements: 3+ years CPFR/demand planning, Bachelor's degree in Business or related, Spanish required, willingness to travel; SAP knowledge and APICS

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CPFR, forecasting, replenishment, or related customer supply chain experience.
• Spanish required; willingness to travel to LATAM markets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Supply Chain, Operations or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead LATAM CPFR model, translate demand and POS insights into replenishment actions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Demand Planning and Customer Service to improve in-stock and fill rate.
• Align forecasts with commercial strategy and customer demand to reduce stockouts.
