Qualifications

• Proven track record in Customer Service & Logistics within FMCG/CPG.
• Experience managing key accounts and driving supply metrics.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication abilities.
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for the customer portfolio with cross-functional collaboration.
• Monitor KPIs such as fill rate, on-time in-full, stock levels and forecasts.
• Resolve escalations and disputes to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Analyze data to optimize on-shelf availability, depot-to-store service and promos.
• Collaborate with Order Fulfillment to report KPIs and drive improvements.
