BIC World is seeking a Senior Manager, Total Rewards for the Latin America region. This role oversees compensation and benefits across Mexico, Brazil and LATAM, partnering with business leaders to harmonize practices and manage costs.

The ideal candidate has a master’s degree and 8+ years in Total Rewards within a multinational, with fluency in English and Spanish and strong cross-cultural skills. This is a hybrid, global role reporting into the Total Rewards team.

Formación

• Master degree in business management, law or HR.
• 8+ years of Total Rewards in a multinational company.
• Experience with matrix organization and influencing across stakeholders.
• International experience preferred.
• Strategic thinker who can roll up their sleeves.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Actively manage Compensation & Benefits in Mexico, Brazil and the broader Latin American region.
• Partner with LAM HR to upskill local teams on C&B topics.
• Ensure Group position levelling is understood and maintained as central contact for new positions.
• Lead yearly salary reviews for white-collar workers and corporate bonus process in LAM.
• Review and validate compensation packages for internal mobility and recruitment.
• Ensure implementation of Global Rewards initiatives and International Mobility policies.
• Collaborate with the corporate Total Rewards team on global projects.
