HR Path Group, a global leader in HR consulting, seeks an Accounting Director to join in Mexico and oversee accounting and financial reporting for four countries (Mexico, Chile, Peru, Colombia). Reporting to the CFO, you will manage close processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive process improvements across the organization.

The role requires 5+ years in accounting, strong knowledge of LATAM rules, SAP FI experience, and professional English.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in accounting.
• Experience in international environment is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with LATAM accounting, tax and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and review financial statements and management reporting.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors and other financial partners.
• Monitor and strengthen internal accounting processes and controls.
• Ensure the quality and integrity of accounting data.
• Work closely with the CFO and other departments on financial and accounting matters.
• Lead, coordinate and support the accounting team (11 people).
• Contribute to the optimization and digitalization of finance processes and systems.
