Job summary

ICON Clinical Research is seeking a Pharmacovigilance Project Manager for a home-based role in CDMX, Mexico. You will lead pharmacovigilance activities across trials and post-marketing studies, coordinating with clinical, regulatory, and data management teams.

The ideal candidate has extensive PV/drug safety experience, strong project management skills, and the ability to mentor teams while ensuring regulatory compliance and timely safety reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field.
• Extensive experience in pharmacovigilance or drug safety with regulatory knowledge.
• Proven project management skills leading complex PV projects and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities to manage detailed project plans.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pharmacovigilance and drug safety delivery across trials and post-marketing studies.
• Develop and implement project plans with timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for safety monitoring activities.
• Oversee collection, evaluation, and reporting of adverse events to authorities.
• Provide strategic guidance and mentor PV staff to improve performance.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation.
