Job summary

IQVIA Biotech is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager II to lead clinical delivery for global studies from Mexico City. You will partner with cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements, and drive project milestones while managing budgets and risks.

The role requires 5+ years in clinical research, strong leadership, and excellent communication in English. Travel and collaboration with international sites are possible as part of delivering and optimizing trials.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in health care or other scientific discipline required.
Requires 5+ years clinical research/monitoring experience.
Knowledge of GCP/ICH and regulatory requirements.
Strong communication in English (written and verbal).
Understanding of project finances and budgeting.

Responsibilities

Ensure clinical delivery of assigned projects in compliance with regulatory requirements (ICH/GCP).
Meet recruitment targets and implement recruitment strategies.
Contribute to project risk mitigation plans and manage clinical risks.
Monitor clinical quality and oversee related issues.
Manage project finances including Estimate at Completion (EAC).
Collaborate with clinical teams and stakeholders to meet milestones.
