Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field.
• Extensive pharmacovigilance or drug safety experience with strong safety reporting knowledge.
• Proven project management skills leading cross-functional teams on complex PV projects.
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities with ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee pharmacovigilance projects across clinical trials and post-marketing studies.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (clinical, regulatory, data management) to ensure safety activities are integrated.
• Oversee collection, evaluation, and reporting of adverse events and regulatory submissions.
• Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to PV teams to enhance performance and compliance.
