Takeda in Mexico City is seeking a KT PMO Coordinator to lead knowledge transfer activities across transition waves. You will plan, schedule, monitor, and sign off KT deliverables, ensuring alignment with milestones and operational readiness.

The role requires 3+ years in project coordination or PMO, with experience in transition or GBS environments, and a Bachelor's degree. Strong organization and communication across global teams are essential.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or knowledge management within global organizations.
• Experience supporting knowledge transfer activities in transition, shared services, or GBS/GCC environments preferred.
• Exposure to transition planning, process documentation, and operational readiness activities.

Responsabilidades

• KT Planning & Scheduling: Support and maintain KT plans aligned with transition timelines and milestones.
• KT Execution Coordination: Coordinate and track day-to-day KT activities across all phases and ensure engagement.
• Readiness Tracking & Reporting: Track KT readiness against milestones and maintain status reports and dashboards.
• Documentation & Sign-Off Management: Ensure KT deliverables are completed, reviewed, and signed off on time.
• Issue Resolution & Escalation: Identify and track KT-related issues and coordinate resolution with SMEs and stakeholders.
