• Experience in financial controlling, factory finance, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong ability to translate financial and operational data into actionable business insights and recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead factory financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and month-end performance analysis to provide visibility into business results.
• Partner with factory leadership and cross-functional teams to identify performance gaps, recommend actions, and improve operational and financial outcomes.
• Analyze manufacturing cost drivers, including materials, labor, overhead, maintenance, and production variances to increase cost transparency and productivity.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Finance teams to improve profitability, inventory performance, working capital, and cash flow.
• Enhance reporting, forecasting, and controlling processes to improve data quality, standardization, and decision support across the organization.
