Job summary

Bain & Company, Inc. is seeking a Knowledge Management specialist in the Knowledge Management team (PPK) to support practice areas such as Strategy & Transformation. You will help capture and share knowledge across Bain's global network.

You will equip partners and case teams with curated content, connect experts, develop insights, and maintain the intranet knowledge base while leveraging AI tools to improve workflows.

Qualifications

• BA or equivalent undergraduate degree with strong academic credentials.
• Preferred 2+ years of professional experience.
• Interest in strategy development and execution.
• Strong analytical abilities and problem solving.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience using AI tools and a growth mindset.
• Ability to work autonomously and in teams.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Equip Partners and consulting staff with relevant expertise and resource recommendations.
• Provide value-added front-line support to case teams with curated Bain content.
• Identify and connect experts within the Bain network to consulting teams.
• Collaborate with Information Services and Practice Centers of Excellence to consolidate knowledge.
• Develop and package summary documents and provide updated analyses.
• Lead capture and sharing of the knowledge base on the intranet.
• Coordinate content priorities and fill knowledge gaps across practices.
• Manage metadata to improve advanced analytics and AI outputs.
• Contribute to the development of the practice strategy and meetings.
• Mentor and coach junior team members; participate in global trainings.
