Snibe in Monterrey, Mexico is looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead strategic partnerships with public medical institutions and large private hospital groups, driving sales of advanced laboratory automation and IVD systems.

You will coordinate with product managers and engineers to tailor solutions, navigate tender processes and hospital purchasing workflows, and manage large key accounts to achieve annual targets while maintaining excellent client satisfaction.

Formación

  • Proficient English covering listening, speaking, reading and writing.
  • Key account sales experience in IVD or medical device industry with track record in major public/private hospitals.
  • Solid understanding of hospital purchasing workflows and decision-making structures.
  • Results-focused and able to manage large key account projects independently and visit clients across Lima as required.

Responsabilidades

  • Develop and maintain strategic cooperation with public medical institutions and large private hospital groups.
  • Drive sales of high-end laboratory automation lines and integrated IVD systems; coordinate with product managers and engineers for client needs, quotes, tenders, negotiations and contracts.
  • Be familiar with local medical tender procedures and market access policies; independently promote large hospital equipment projects.
  • Promote product upgrading with existing private clients and guide replacements to high-end lab lines to hit annual targets.
  • Collaborate with product, technical, after-sales and registration teams to support client docking, project delivery and after-sales service.
  • Monitor local medical market trends, competitor dynamics, hospital budgets and tender cycles; formulate targeted strategies for key hospitals.
  • Maintain high-level business relationships and support academic and marketing activities with team support.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strategic cooperation with public medical institutions and large private hospital groups, establish stable connections with hospital decision-makers, laboratory departments and procurement teams.
  • Drive sales of high‑end laboratory automation lines and integrated IVD systems. Cooperate with company product managers and technical engineers to complete client demand communication, solution matching, quotation, tender follow‑up, business negotiation and contract signing.
  • Be familiar with local medical tender procedures and market access policies, independently promote and land large‑scale hospital equipment projects.
  • Promote product upgrading of existing private clients, guide customers to replace entry‑level devices with high‑end lab lines and integrated systems, and achieve annual sales targets.
  • Collaborate with product, technical, after‑sales and registration teams to support client docking, project delivery and after‑sales service to ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Monitor local medical market trends, competitor dynamics, hospital budget and tender cycles, and formulate targeted development strategies for key hospitals.
  • Maintain high‑level business relationships and support academic and marketing activities with team support.
Job Requirements (Formal & Accessible Version)
  • Possess proficient English skills covering listening, speaking, reading and writing;
  • Have relevant key account sales experience within IVD or medical device industry, with track records of cooperating with major public and private hospitals, and solid understanding of hospital purchasing workflows and decision‑making structures.
  • Be results‑focused, capable of working under tight deadlines, independently manage large key account projects, and conduct client visits across Lima as required.
  • Candidates with established connections to top‑tier public/private hospitals will be prioritized.
