You will handle queries and complaints, work with product partners to tailor solutions, and strive to ensure client satisfaction by providing consistent, market-leading service across the bank.

Responsabilidades

• Handle, own and resolve clients' transactional queries and complaints
• Adopt HSBC initiatives and practices that enable consistent, competitive, service experiences for clients as well as internal stakeholder
• Ensure client satisfaction is achieved by leading the teams within its remit to consistently deliver excellent and market-leading service
• Co-ordinate with product partners to offer solutions based on the customers' needs and nature of the business
• Provides support to colleagues in servicing customers
