HSBC Holdings plc in Mexico seeks a Mobile Insurance Specialist within Wealth sales, focusing on insurance solutions. The role requires acting as a technical expert across product categories and supporting Relationship Managers to gain client trust and deepen relationships, serving customers on-site or in joint work with RM.

You will identify client needs, present suitable insurance solutions, and promote professional insurance sales.

Formación

• Minimum of three years of working experience as a product specialist, life insurance agent, or financial advisor.

Responsabilidades

• Support Relationship Managers to gain client confidence and trust in HSBC capabilities and increase the effectiveness of needs fulfillment for target clients.
• Assist Relationship Managers in identifying client needs, offering wealth solutions, and presenting or executing end-to-end sales processes on-site.
• Promote professional sale of insurance products and provide specialist advice to ensure insurance needs are met.
• Train Relationship Managers on technical skills and improve product knowledge through on-the-job coaching.
• Assist with client planned events.
