Nicro-Bolta-S.a.-De-C.v is seeking a Junior Sales Engineer for the automotive sector in Puebla. You will provide service to customers, handle RFQs, and support quotations, with a focus on follow-up and project closure.

Responsibilities include collecting and validating commercial data, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining SAP SD master data and EDI information, while fostering clear communication with customers and stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in one of the listed engineering fields.
• 1 year of experience in technical sales, customer service, project admin, or automotive industry.

We are hiring: Junior Sales Engineer | Automotive IndustryYou will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting the follow-up of potential and awarded projects, from RFQ requests and quotations through negotiation and project follow-up.You will also be involved in the management and validation of commercial information, SAP SD master data, EDI, LTC, tooling amortization, tooling collection, and project budgets.What will you do?Provide service and follow-up to automotive customers.Receive, analyze, and follow up on RFQs.Coordinate quotation preparation with internal departments.Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and project awards.Monitor potential and awarded projects and ensure timely follow-up.Maintain updated LTC, tooling amortization, tooling collection, and project budget information.Validate and verify master data and responsibility workflows in SAP SD.Read and interpret customer information received through EDI.Identify discrepancies in commercial and project information.Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and close pending actions.Maintain effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders.What are we looking for?Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, Business Engineering, or a related field.1 year of experience in technical sales, customer service, project administration, costing, engineering, or the automotive industry.Intermediate Excel skills.RFQ and quotation processes.Customer service and follow-up.Commercial data management.Technical/business English.Ability to work with numerical and administrative information.SAP, preferably SD module.Preferred:EDI.Project management.Costing and budgeting.LTC and tooling amortization.APQP, PPAP, and Core Tools.Knowledge of plastic injection, painting, or chrome plating processes.We are looking for someone who is:Customer-oriented.Organized and highly committed to follow-up.Analytical and detail-oriented.A strong communicator.Results-oriented.Proactive and solution-oriented.Comfortable working with cross-functional teams.Eager to learn and grow in the automotive industry.If you are an analytical, organized, proactive professional who enjoys working with customers, managing projects, and making sure things get done, we’d love to hear from you!
