HL Mando Corporation Mexico is seeking an engineer to drive project development from concept through production launch. You will help prepare and maintain the project schedule, track activities, and ensure milestones are met. You will identify risks, escalate issues, and support customer requirement communication.

The role requires a 1–3 year background in automotive engineering, quality, manufacturing, or project management, with internship candidates considered. On-site position in Mexico.

Formación

• Bachelor-level degree in engineering related to automotive manufacturing.
• 1–3 years of automotive industry experience in engineering, quality, manufacturing, or project management.
• Recent graduates with relevant internships may be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Follow up on the development of new projects and products from the initial stages through production launch.
• Support the preparation and updating of the Project Timing / Project Schedule.
• Follow up on activities, responsible persons, committed dates, and project progress.
• Identify overdue activities or risks that may affect the project timing and escalates them in a timely manner.
• Participate in project internal follow-up meetings and prepare meeting minutes, action items, and status reports.
• Support the communication and follow-up of customer requirements.
• Participate and evaluate APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC activities, among other quality tools, progressively developing a higher level of expertise.
