Hl Mando Corporation Mexico seeks an entry- to mid-level Project Engineer to support development of automotive projects from concept to production launch. You will help prepare project schedules and track progress with cross-functional teams in manufacturing and quality.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in the automotive sector and a bachelor’s degree in engineering. Advanced English (B2) is required for communication with international customers and internal teams.

Formación

• Education bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electronics, automotive engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in the automotive industry, engineering, quality, manufacturing, or project management.
• Recent graduates with relevant internship experience may be considered.
• English Advanced English B2 written and spoken

Responsabilidades

• Follow up on the development of new projects and products from the initial stages through production launch.
• Support the preparation and updating of the Project Timing / Project Schedule.
• Follow up on activities, responsible persons, committed dates, and project progress.
• Identify overdue activities or risks that may affect the project timing and elevate them in a timely manner.
• Participate in project internal follow-up meetings and prepare meeting minutes, action items, and status reports.
• Support the communication and follow-up of customer requirements.
• Participate and evaluate APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC activities, among other quality tools, progressively developing a higher level of expertise.

Main Responsibilities:
