Job summary

PepsiCo in Mexico City seeks an early-career Release Management Associate to coordinate technology releases across multiple initiatives. You will assist with release readiness, governance, documentation, and stakeholder communications to support compliant implementations.

You will gain exposure to release management, change management, and automation, supporting ~100 annual releases and 100 production changes, with opportunities to develop in IT operations, analytics, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of professional experience or internship experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Interest in technology operations, process improvement, automation, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, scheduling, and coordination of technology releases across multiple initiatives.
• Assist with release readiness reviews and deployment planning.
• Maintain release calendars, trackers, and governance documentation.
• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to keep activities on track.
• Support deployment windows and production deployment activities as required.
• Develop basic automation solutions using Python, Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, and other Microsoft tools.
