Job summary

ALTEN Mexico is seeking a Junior Recruiter to join its HR team and start a career in recruitment. You will support posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining the applicant database in a hybrid setup.

You will assist onboarding, participate in job fairs to promote ALTEN Mexico, and stay updated on recruitment industry trends. A Bachelor’s degree and up to 1 year in HR are desirable; English proficiency is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Up to 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR desirable.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Intermediate English proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in posting job ads on various platforms.
