Job summary

Farmers Group Inc. is seeking an entry-level FBS (Mexico) Program Coordinator I to support Distribution Program Management. The role includes assisting with project plans, status reports, and coordination of meetings while reporting to the Distribution Program Manager.

The candidate will help monitor budgets and schedules, maintain tracking logs, and communicate across program offices. A high school diploma is required; some college coursework or a related degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred for advancement.
• Two years of experience in project planning/execution or related field.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with MS Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide project planning, scheduling, and reporting support to the project team.
• Develop and maintain project plans, scope, and CAP documents.
• Gather plan details and assemble into comprehensive project plans and reports.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare presentations, and track actions, issues, and risks.
