Job summary

DuPont North America is seeking a Junior Import Analyst to join Global Procurement. You will support procurement agreements and transactional work for sites in North America, handling inquiries, purchase orders, invoicing and related documents.

As buyer of record, you will negotiate terms, monitor agreements, and lead end-to-end processes, collaborating with supply chain and contract admins. Strong English, SAP experience, and customer focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and adaptability to change.
• English proficiency required.
• Experience with SAP and procurement systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, negotiate, manage, and coordinate procurement agreements.
• Buyer of record with execution authority.
• Negotiate terms, lumps sums, labor rates, mark-ups, and payment terms.
• Create white paper agreements.
• Analyze orders to ensure correct T's & C's are used.
• Monitor agreements and renewals; decide on extensions or cancellations.
• Serve as resource to new buyers on SL policies.
• Lead end-to-end processes after negotiations.
• Collaborate with supply chain and contract admins to implement agreements.
• Handle day-to-day needs of sites and suppliers.
• Respond to critical delivery issues and resolve promptly.
• Resolve supply and invoicing issues with suppliers.
• Initiate and implement process improvements.
• Create SOPs and training documents.
• Participate on global teams for standardization.
• Participate in ISO 9001 audits.
• Drive KPI performance.
