Job summary

DuPont in North America is seeking a Junior Import Analyst to support procurement for sites in North America. You will manage procurement agreements, purchase orders, invoicing, and related documents for sites in North America, acting as the primary interface for supplier and client inquiries.

Key duties include negotiating terms, leading end-to-end processes after negotiations, ensuring proper T&Cs, coordinating with suppliers, and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and adaptability to change.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; SAP experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, negotiate, and coordinate procurement agreements for materials and services.
• Lead end-to-end processes after negotiations, ensuring proper T&Cs and signatures.
• Resolve delivery and invoicing issues with suppliers.
• Collaborate with sites, suppliers, and internal clients to meet needs.
• Support ISO 9001 audits and drive KPI improvements.
