Job summary

Donaldson in Mexico is seeking a Procurement Analyst for a 4-month fixed-term contract, joining the Global Procurement Office. The role supports cost management, category strategy, localization, and supplier performance management to strengthen supply chain reliability.

Responsibilities include updating item pricing, assisting category managers with savings plans, maintaining vendor quality certifications, and monitoring supplier performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, finance or a related field.
• 6+ months experience in Procurement (internship experience is valid).
• Fluent/Advanced English is a must.
• Strong Competency Level in Microsoft Excel, Oracle (preferable).
• Soft Skills: Teamwork, Honesty, Responsibility, Organized.

Responsibilities

• Cost Management: Support updating pricing of items in system.
• Category Strategy: Support Commodity Manager to achieve saving goal according to their strategy.
• Quality Certificates Management: Maintain vendor quality certifications updated in system.
• Supplier Performance Management: Oversee supplier performance metrics to drive operational efficiency and supply chain reliability.
