CHRISTUS Excellence and Innovation Center in Monterrey, Mexico seeks a collections-focused professional to resolve patient balances and coordinate with payors. You will work in a cooperative team environment to optimize reimbursement and minimize payment delays.

Required is an advanced level of English and experience with collections, verification, or refunds. Degree in Finance or Accounting or an equivalency is preferred, with knowledge of how insurance processes influencing payments.

Responsabilidades

• Collects and provides patient and payor information to resolve accounts.
• Responds to account inquiries via written, verbal, or electronic means.
• Gathers information to ensure payment of claims and forwards docs to payers.
• Documents activities in the accounting system per policy.
• Provides updates to Leadership on errors, issues, trends affecting reimbursement.
