Qualifications

• Degree-level education in computer science or related discipline.
• Foundational knowledge across core platform technologies: SnapLogic, Unix/Linux and shell scripting, Python, and SQL.
• Basic understanding of emerging technologies and concepts, particularly AI and its practical applications.
• Ability to prioritize competing business needs based on criticality and impact.
• Attention to detail, especially when validating data and monitoring system behaviour.
• Able to translate technical concepts into clear, everyday language for business users.
• Strong analytical skills: structured problem-solving, root cause analysis, active listening, observation and fact-checking.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to collaborate efficiently within fast-paced, evolving teams.
• Effective communicator with a high sense of accountability and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high availability by proactively monitoring business applications and middleware interfaces.
• Triage, troubleshoot and resolve incidents on the Market Access platform; perform root cause analysis.
• Validate critical data flows from source to target systems for pricing, contracts and payments.
• Identify and implement optimizations using scripting and integration tooling; explore AI options.
• Embed SOx controls and quality procedures; document evidence and coordinate with quality management.
• Engage with business process owners and vendor teams; translate issues into clear business language.
