Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree related to logistics, international business, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong leadership skills capable of working strategically and tactically.
• Conflict management abilities.
• Effective time management skills.
• Mathematics and budget management experience.
• Analytical skills.
• Ability to make quick and difficult decisions.
• Experience with customs inventory control systems, preferably BMS Annex 24.
• Knowledge of Annex 24, Annex 30, USMCA, and OEA of Mexico.
• Proficiency in SAP (Material Master Module).
• Knowledge of Mexico's IMMEX, PROSEC, and RULE 8 programs.
• Experience in using client regulations and providing solutions to business challenges.
• Strong communication skills to obtain support from various areas.
• Leadership skills demonstrating integrity and professionalism.
• Proven technical knowledge and process management skills.
• Ability to adapt in fast-changing environments and handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Control and monitor daily northbound and southbound shipments.
• Manage import duties into Mexico.
• Manage import duties into the USA.
• Generate USMCA certifications.
• Manage Rule 8 compliance.
• Oversee Annex 24 & 30 regulations.
• Classify materials appropriately.
• Monitor scrap materials during production.
• Oversee virtual operations.
