Amazon MXCF IXD is seeking an Area Manager Jr to lead multiple teams of hourly associates at our new Inbound Cross Dock in Mexico. You will coach other managers, drive safety, quality and performance, optimize processes, and ensure on-time deliveries across the Fulfillment network.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of team leadership experience.
• Flexibility to work evenings, overnights and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a department/area of hourly associates through effective coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Drive strategic initiatives and implement innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency across multiple areas/shifts.
• Analyze complex data and metrics to identify trends, develop action plans, and drive continuous improvement projects that impact multiple departments.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promise at a broader scope while ensuring standardization across operations.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with all support teams including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, Human Resources to develop and execute long-term strategies.
• Create and maintain performance management tools to drive accountability.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
