Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, only candidates currently residing in Guadalajara, Jalisco, will be considered. (onsite/hybrid, as applicable)

• Monthly salary: MXN $18,000-20,000 net + benefits

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Previous work experience in the healthcare industry is required.
• 0–2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Background in IT Support, Technical Support, Service Desk, Application Support, Data Analysis, Business Analysis, or Systems Analysis.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic technical knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn new applications, technologies, and workflows quickly.
• Willingness to pursue Epic certification and participate in structured training.
• Previous Epic experience or certification is not required.
• EHR/EMR experience is a plus.
