Impact Advisors Mexico is seeking an Epic PB Associate to support professional billing workflows and healthcare technology solutions for U.S. healthcare organizations.

This role embraces gaining Epic expertise while contributing to billing operations, revenue cycle workflows, and system implementations. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in professional billing or healthcare IT, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in English.

• Support professional billing workflows within Epic.
• Analyze requests, incidents, and workflow issues related to professional billing.
• Support workflows involving charges, claims, billing, payments, and related revenue cycle processes.
• Assist with application configuration, testing, validation, and implementation.
• Collaborate with billing and operational teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Investigate issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Support analysis of billing workflows and related system processes.
• Participate in testing and QA for system enhancements.
• Support implementation, upgrades, optimization, and enhancements.
• Create and maintain documentation and support resources.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders in U.S. healthcare clients.
• Support workflow optimization and operational efficiency initiatives.

Impact Advisors Mexico is looking for an Epic PB Associate to support professional billing workflows and healthcare technology solutions for U.S. healthcare organizations.

This role is designed for professionals with experience in professional billing, revenue cycle operations, healthcare administration, EHR/EMR systems, healthcare IT, or related healthcare environments who are interested in developing specialized expertise in Epic and healthcare consulting.

Epic PB experience or certification is not required to apply. Candidates may have opportunities to develop Epic expertise and pursue certification based on applicable role requirements, business needs, eligibility, and Epic processes.

What You'll Do

• Support professional billing workflows within Epic.
• Analyze application requests, incidents, and workflow issues related to professional billing.
• Support workflows involving charges, claims, billing, payments, adjustments, and related revenue cycle processes.
• Assist with application configuration, testing, validation, and implementation activities.
• Work with billing and operational teams to understand workflow requirements and translate them into application solutions.
• Investigate application and workflow issues, identify potential root causes, and coordinate appropriate resolutions.
• Support analysis of billing workflows and related system processes.
• Participate in testing and quality assurance activities for system enhancements.
• Support implementation, upgrade, optimization, and enhancement activities as applicable.
• Create and maintain application documentation, workflow materials, and support resources.
• Collaborate with billing specialists, providers, clinical teams, revenue cycle stakeholders, operational leaders, and technical teams supporting U.S. healthcare clients.
• Support initiatives focused on workflow optimization, process improvement, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate documentation of requirements, issues, testing activities, and resolutions.

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience in professional billing, healthcare revenue cycle, healthcare administration, healthcare IT, EHR/EMR support, or a related environment.
• Professional working proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working with healthcare information systems, billing systems, EHR/EMR platforms, or ticketing/support environments.
• Understanding of professional billing and/or healthcare revenue cycle workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand complex operational workflows and translate business requirements into practical solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Clear and professional communication.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with operational, clinical, billing, and technical stakeholders.
• Proactive and adaptable approach.
• Commitment to continuous learning.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Epic or another EHR/EMR platform.
• Epic PB experience or certification.
• Experience with professional billing workflows.
• Knowledge of claims, charge capture, payment posting, adjustments, denials, or accounts receivable processes.
• Experience supporting physician or provider billing operations.
• Experience with healthcare revenue cycle applications.
• Healthcare technology or consulting experience.
• Experience participating in EHR implementations, upgrades, testing, or optimization initiatives.
