Job summary

ABB en México busca un Sales Support Manager para liderar licitaciones y cotizaciones basadas en especificaciones del cliente, buscando competitividad y altos márgenes. Serás responsable de crear ofertas técnicas y comerciales y de coordinar el input entre ABB y los clientes.

Trabajarás onsite con equipos de Ventas y Marketing en NAM, documentando propuestas, calculando costos y condiciones, y garantizando procesos de calidad. Se exige ingeniería y dominio del inglés y del español.

Qualifications

• Experiencia en esquemas eléctricos y temas comerciales.
• Conocimiento avanzado de electricidad, automatización y mecánica.
• Capacidad para cerrar negocios en un mercado dinámico.
• Título en ingeniería.
• Se maneja inglés y español.

Responsibilities

• Redactar ofertas, estimaciones y cotizaciones según especificaciones del cliente.
• Mantener e Improvisar el equilibrio entre las unidades de ABB y los clientes.
• Recopilar información para preparar propuestas, incluyendo elementos técnicos y de costos.

Sales Support Manager

Your Role And Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to create and complete bids, estimations, and quotations based on customer specifications, requirements, or budget to achieve market competitiveness and high margins for the company. Each day, you will maintain and improve the balance between all ABB units and customers in your area of responsibility. You will also showcase your expertise by collecting and collating the information required to prepare proposals, including both technical and cost elements.

The work model for the role is #L-Onsite

This role is contributing to ELDS in NAM. Main stakeholders are Sales and Marketing.

You Will Be Mainly Accountable For

• Formulating competitive bids, estimates, and quotations by considering the best available product mix and appropriate technical and commercial aspects for each situation.
• Creating well-documented tenders in a timely manner and with an appropriate level of detail, including full and accurate costs.
• Managing the preparation of technical, financial, and, if required, project management aspects of the bid, estimate, and quotation, indicating prices and trading conditions.
• Ensuring that inputs for editing activities related to bid, estimate, and quotation preparation are provided in a timely manner and in accordance with the established quality procedures.

• Ability to demonstrate your experience in electrical schemes and commercial topics.
• Possess an enhanced knowledge of electricity, automation, and mechanics.

• You are at ease communicating in English and Spanish.
