Klar is seeking a Junior CX BA to evolve and scale our Customer Experience operations from our Mexico City office with a hybrid model. You will own initiatives end-to-end, using data, automation, and AI to improve onboarding, chargebacks, and customer journeys while driving efficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or analytical field required.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English.

Responsabilidades

• Own CX projects end-to-end, from problem identification to measurable results.
• Design and implement automated workflows and AI-powered solutions.
• Analyze KPIs and customer data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Map and optimize CX processes for scalability and simplification.
• Maintain and improve knowledge for AI and support agents.
