Job summary

Citi Commercial Bank in Mexico is seeking a Mid-Corp Relationship Manager to deepen client relationships and proactively address needs, risks, and roadblocks while coordinating with product specialists and senior RMs.

You will structure customized solutions, identify cross-sell opportunities, and help balance risk and reward in client deals, while ensuring regulatory compliance and safeguarding Citi’s assets.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years relevant experience.
• Good understanding of commercial banking products and processes.
• Intermediate knowledge of credit skills and Early Warning Detection.
• Intermediate understanding of accounting principles, financial modeling and financial statement analysis.
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
• Proven leadership with interpersonal skills.
• Clear and confident communication.
• Maintains contact with key stakeholders and seeks input.
• Detail oriented with organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and innovative in meeting client needs.

Responsibilities

• Calls on clients to deepen relationships and proactively owning, responding to and anticipating future needs, risks, or roadblocks.
• Resolve issues with clients’ portfolios to enhance satisfaction.
• Collaborate with senior RMs, product specialists, and experts to structure customized solutions.
• Leverage Citi capabilities to achieve mutual business goals.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities to deepen share of wallet.
• Drive innovation in solutions for clients and business growth.
• Identify and pursue new clients aligned with Citi Commercial Bank’s value.
• Engage with industry influencers and partners to deepen relationships.
• Ensure deals balance risk and reward and protect Citi’s assets.
