SAP SE in Monterrey, Mexico is seeking an entry-level Cloud Operations Engineer to join SAP's Global Cloud Operations. You will assist with scripting, automation, and tooling tasks, supporting onboarding of customers onto SAP’s managed private cloud (IaaS) while building expertise over time.

The role requires a newly earned or current Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, with knowledge of Python, shell scripting, and cloud fundamentals.

Formación

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
• Foundational knowledge of cloud computing: IaaS, virtualization, networking, and storage.
• Hands-on experience with Python and shell/Bash scripting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Flexibility to align to US East Coast (EST) or Central European (CET) hours as required.
• Self-starter who takes initiative and delivers results with competence and accuracy.

• Support scripting, automation, and tooling tasks.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Help resolve platform-level challenges.
• Develop ownership of more complex problems over time and engage with customers as responsibilities grow.
