ISS Tech Team in Mexico is seeking a Cloud Operations Engineer to manage and optimize our cloud infrastructure, focusing on security, scalability and cost efficiency. You will help automate operations, monitor performance, and support seamless cloud transitions for applications and services, using Azure IaaS or PaaS.

This role requires hands-on Azure experience, IaC skills with Terraform or Bicep, and familiarity with networking and scripting.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on admin or deployment experience in cloud environments.
• AZ-104 certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of IaC frameworks such as Terraform or Bicep.
• Solid understanding of core networking concepts (DNS, NSG, vNets).
• Experience with scripting in PowerShell or Bash.
• Containerization/AKS knowledge is advantageous.
• Experience administering Windows and Linux systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist cloud migration initiatives toward Azure IaaS or PaaS.
• Handle cloud infrastructure incidents and service requests.
• Monitor cloud infrastructure for performance and efficiency.
• Contribute to cloud projects from design through operational readiness.
• Participate in hosted applications lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure secure, scalable cloud operations.
