NIQ is seeking a Jr. Analytic Consultant in Mexico to support client service and deliver quality information through timely communication, coverage analysis, and methodological explanations. You will build trust with clients by identifying and monitoring potential quality problems.

You will learn NielsenIQ methodologies, manage client inquiries, train users, and promote the use of technology, while working in a flexible environment with opportunities for professional growth.

Formación

• Strong information analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret data and explain limitations of methodologies.
• Advanced level of English required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain continuous communication with clients for changes.
• Analyze coverage, interpret results, and present findings to clients.
• Manage client inquiries: filtering, registration, monitoring, communication.
• Handle client order feasibility filtering, registration, monitoring, and communication.
• Provide training on NielsenIQ methodologies and calculations.
• Promote use of technology.
